Job Summary
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between finance and operations — owning the raw materials planning, forecasting, and stock control that keeps production running smoothly.
? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Forecast raw material requirements in line with production and sales trends ?
- Develop and implement accurate inventory control systems ?
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock
- Conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams
- Improve inventory turnover ratios and minimize stockholding costs
- Use Syspro or other ERP systems to manage stock movements and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Finance degree (Accounting, CIMA preferred)
- 5+ years` experience in stock accounting, planning, costing & forecasting
- Manufacturing or supply chain exposure is a must
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro highly advantageous)
- Analytical mindset with hands-on approach
- Able to work well under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
