Duties:

• Lead and manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Develop project plans, reports, and documentation, oversee resources and project financials, and confidently present solutions to clients
• Act as the main client contact, building strong relationships, clarifying expectations, and contributing to proposals and solution design
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless results, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their professional growth
• Focus on delivering excellence that drives long-term client satisfaction and repeat business

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• University degree (or equivalent)
• Postgraduate degree (Advantageous)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in organisational development (change management, coaching, team effectiveness, culture, etc.)
• Consulting firm background (Advantageous)
