As a Learning and Development Specialist , youll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning programmes that enhance the operational and technical capabilities of our field operations teams. This role will see you coaching and guiding others to achieve performance excellence, while embedding a strong learning culture across the business. Minimum Requirements: A Diploma in Education, Training & Development (Adult Learning) Minimum 5 years experience in the FMCG retail environment At least 2 years in a corporate training, learning or coaching role Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) A valid Drivers Licence Own Smart Mobile Phone Non-negotiable (used for company communication app)
