Job Summary

MATHS TEACHER Grades 8-9May/June 2025 Our client, a well-established independent school on the West Rand Johannesburg, needs a Grade 8-9 teacher as soon as possible, but by the end of May at the latest. She/he will also be able to teach the Physics portion of Grade 8-9 NS. This is a permanent post.The ideal applicant will have experience teaching Grades 8-9 Maths, but newly qualified teachers will be considered, as will experienced Maths teachers who, though nearing retirement, are still passionate about working with their subject. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:-An appropriate academic and professional qualifications-SACE registration and police etc clearance-The legal right to work in South Africa-The ability to communicate in English at a professional level-A concise (maximum 4 pages) but comprehensive CV that includes all pertinent information (please read the CV MAGIC page on our website, to make sure that youve included everything that we consider important).HOW TO APPLY:Write a factual covering email summarising the experience and qualifications that make you suitable for this post, as described above.
