Job Summary
Well known Motorbike Dealership based on the West Rand of Gauteng is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs, providing expert advice on motorcycle maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the workshop.
- Provide detailed explanations of services, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding service status, estimates, and any additional work required.
- Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the service experience.
- Liaise with the workshop team to prioritize work and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a motorbike or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles and their maintenance/repair processes
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for managing service orders and inventory.
- A valid motorbike license is an advantage.
