ND/BSc/BA.Health & Safety & Environmental Mngt; SAMTRAC; 3-5 years experience Health & Safety Officer in FOOD/beverage factory/implement/ maintain/ train/docs cntl/internal audit/CI HIRA/IMS/ISO 14 001/ISO 18 001/ISO 45 001/OHS Act/Legal Liability/Integrated HSE/RCA/Incident Cause Analysis. Approve/ develop/ implement/ monitor SHE work methodologies/mngt systems/ guidelines/objectives/ practices in factory; engage with/provide SHE induction/training/awareness/on site to staff/mngt/ contractors/ensure risk assessment conducted & SHE plans are adhered to/compile monthly site SHE report; continuously assist to improve the Integrated Mngt System/ ensure that task observation/workplace/IMS self-assessment audits conducted regularly/ corrective action executed; provide document/record mngt system/admin support required/determine/make recommendations for corrective action/schedule/execute audits on site/identify areas of improvement/implement measures as required; conduct/assist with accident & incident investigations/manage/monitor/verify preventative/corrective actions/facilitate Management Reviews in conjunction with the SHEQ Mngr.Gauteng F0706 MARIANA (***)***-****/ PAR EXCELLANCE
