Job Summary
- Minimum qualification would be a higher certificate/diploma in finance or bookkeeping.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- Advanced excel essential – VLookup and pivot tables
- Sage X3 experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of GRN and Purchase Invoice procedures on Sage X3 advantageous
- Knowledge of Rebates Calculations – advantageous
DUTIES
- Manage daily and weekly Sales Report
- Weekly and Monthly Bank Recon
- Sending Bank Deposits to Credit Controller Daily
- Cashbook
- Manual matching in Sage X3
- Capturing Creditors Invoices into Sage X3
- Preparing Creditors Recons
- Preparing payments on ANZ Bank
- Personal Expenses Journals – Weekly
- Capturing Petty Cash – Monthly
- Assisting with preparation and posting of Quarterly Stock Takes
- Fixed Asset Register & Depreciation Journal
- Stock Adjustments in Sage X3
- Mange expense variances
- Assisting Finance Controller with various schedules for Financial Year End and Annual Budgets
- GL recons
- Knowledge of GRN and Purchase Invoice procedures on Sage X3 which will be a back up for procurement
- Knowledge of Rebates Calculations – advantageous
- Any other admin related work
