Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT operations support services for global production environments.
- Monitor and maintain application health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents with minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Lead postmortem analysis of major incidents and drive improvements.
- Document operational procedures and incident reports.
- Provide 24/7 support as part of a global team.
Essential Skills
- Fluent in Business English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 3 years in customer service-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and complaints effectively.
Advantageous
- IT certifications or qualifications.
- Familiarity with BMW-specific processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years IT-related working experience.
