Job Summary
Duties:
- Debtors, creditors, daily banking experience
- Monthly Accounts Reconciliations
- Invoicing experience is a plus
- File all documents
- Preparation of EFT and cheque payments
- Allocations of payments and invoices
- Stationery control
- Comply with all internal audit standards and control procedures
- Preparation of various accounts schedules and processing of transactions timeously
- Daily bank reconciling supervision
- Timorous clearing of outstanding issues or queries
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of efficiency
- Achieve standards set by manager
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Compulsory – 3 years and more experience in same or similar role in dealership as an Assistant Accountant
- Experience on Evolve will be an added advantage
- Good communication
- Planning, organizing and control
- Effective time management
- Ability to meet deadlines on time
- Must be accurate
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
