Job Summary
A Tender Coordinator orchestrates the submission of business proposals, managing all aspects from preparation to delivery. Responsibilities encompass analyzing tender documents, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with bidding regulations.NB: YOU SHOULD HAVE ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE (FIRE & BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage tender processes from start to finishEnsure all documentation required for tenders are prepared accurately and submitted on timeAssist with the development of pricing strategies and bidsConduct research on potential clients and competitorsTrack and analyze tender results and provide feedback to managementLiaise with various departments to ensure all necessary information is obtained for tender submissionsEnsure compliance with all legal and ethical standards during the tender process.
Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneouslyExcellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of tender documentsKnowledge of procurement processes and legal requirementsAbility to analyze and interpret data to prepare pricing proposalsProficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management softwareExperience in organizing tender review meetings and preparing reportsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Forward applications to: African Black Bear Holdings (Pty) Ltd
