Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-line technical support for Managed Services (MS) contracts, including site visits when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues at telecom tower sites in collaboration with regional power teams.
• Support the solution dimensioning function — design and customization of power solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the operational performance of Power Systems in the field.
• Contribute to the implementation of market strategy and assist in achieving financial targets for the Power business unit.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• National Diploma or BTech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the telecoms and tower industry, including Power Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of Power and Tower systems, with hands-on experience troubleshooting at tower sites.
• Advanced understanding of Delta Power Systems, Batteries, Inverters, RMS, and related monitoring platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and technical ticketing systems.
• Exposure to PV solar, battery safety, and energy efficiency principles is advantageous.

• Hybrid model: 2 days in office and 3 days remote (flexibility required based on operational needs).
