Job Summary
Requirements:
- Fashion and/or Procurement Diploma or similar (advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Sage
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be competent on costing
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must manage and control deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Inventory management
- Vendor management
- Special production orders
- Local production sourcing and planning
- Sample requests and follow up on samples
- Cost analysis
- Responsible for sample room inventory
- Planning of back orders and assisting in execution of back orders if need be
- Slow selling stock management for Factory Shop and inactive lines
- SOS daily report update
- BI delivery quick search app – order delivery date management
