Job Summary
- 2 years of proven experience in a planning role within a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
- Essential: Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the stock management system.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure the timely flow of materials and documentation to meet production timelines and customer expectations.
- Prepare status reports and conduct data analysis to assess production progress, work-in-progress, raw material levels, and demand for finished goods.
- Develop and maintain production, work, and shipment schedules, prioritising job orders to optimise production efficiency.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to monitor work progress, review completion dates, manage inventory levels, and resolve production-related issues.
- Engage with shop floor management daily to address issues related to manufacturing efficiency and provide additional information as required by Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Support the development and achievement of departmental and company goals, recommending improvements in cost control, process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
