Production – Shift Supervisor
FMCG, Manufacturing OR Paper & Pulp Industry
* National Diploma OR NQF Level 6:
Mechanical/Elect Engineering
Operations Management OR Production
Management
Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG or
Paper & Pulp environment
* Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Production Processes and ensure adherence to Quality Standards
- Supervise a team of Production workers and provide guidance and support
- Monitor Production output and address any issues that may impact efficiency
- Collaborate with other Departments to optimize Production schedules
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the Production area
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
