Job Description
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and to dealership quality standards
- Carry out vehicle inspections and provide accurate service reports
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and compliance regulations
- Keep up to date with Ford technical bulletins, training, and product updates
Requirements:
- 4-5 years’ related experience in Automotive industry in the role of qualified ford technician or master technician
- Qualified Motor Technician (Ford certification preferred)
- Master Technician qualification will be a distinct advantage
- Strong diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge a distinct advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality workmanship
