About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a vital role in our clients growing and expanding team. This position is ideal for a professional go-getter looking for a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project costs
  • Build and maintain stakeholder and client relationships
  • Ensure contractual compliance

Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
  • 6-9 years of experience in commercial, retail, and residential projects
  • Proficient in JBCC and FIDIC contracts
  • Expertise in automated QS tools (WinQS, OST, Dimx)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
