Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers.
- Open and manage job cards for incoming work.
- Follow up on units sent to other branches or repair shops.
- File and maintain paperwork and records.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (required).
- 1–2 years’ experience in reception or administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a technical or aviation environment is advantageous.
- Own transport.
