Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Provide support to various departments as needed
- Admin duties, scanning and filing
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office equipment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Professional appearance and demeanour
