Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage a regional Sales Team to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Drive sales strategy aligned to wellness, fitness, and lifestyle-focused consumer markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, gyms, wellness groups, and key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships within the wellness and fitness ecosystem
- Collaborate with product and category teams to align go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and performance insights to senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and statutory requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in a Sales Management role
- Background in wellness, fitness, sports, lifestyle, health, or consumer-focused brands
- Proven experience managing distributors, partners, or retail channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking ability
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Computer literate (MS Office; CRM experience advantageous)
