Job Description

Regional Manager with experience in the Building Glass Industry. Pretoria.Travel between branches to perform daily duties:1.Review meetings.a.Feedback on previous days jobsb.Planning for current days jobsc.Planning for tomorrows jobs2.Vehicle schedule and optimisation in the morning and afternoon3.Job allocations and optimisationa.Ensure that all jobs have invoicesb.Ensure glass and consumables are loaded only as per the invoice4.Allocate bank payments to the relevant department and sales persona.Allocate invoice and input payment on SAPb.Move un-invoiced jobs to the Jobs In Progress sheet5.Allocate Speed point and cash payments6.Complete the banking on SAP7.Update the banking file with the days banking8.Control and update petty cash9.Check available stock and process orders where needed10.GRV invoices11.Convert stock on SAP12.Issue and control stock losses13.Update and control credit note book14.Branch feedback including debtors listsNB: send detailed cv in Word format, provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Clients request.
