Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Achieve monthly sales targets for used Mercedes passenger vehicles 2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business 3. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions 4. Conduct test drives and demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features and benefits 5. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate deals with customers 6. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales 7. Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings 8.
