About the Role

Join a high-performing industrial organisation that plays a key role in building infrastructure across Southern Africa. You will be responsible for accurate reporting, technical accounting, and supporting critical business decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with quarterly/annual reporting.
Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure IFRS-aligned accounting across revenue, inventory, and accruals.
Support internal and external audits.
Continuously improve accounting processes and documentation.

Requirements

BCom Accounting or equivalent (SAICA / ACCA advantageous).
3–5 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong technical accounting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
ERP system experience (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

BCom Accounting or equivalent from a reputable institution.
