Job Description:
You’ll work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to drive product initiatives from concept to execution. Expect to lead stories, propose solutions, and coordinate roadmaps across multi-disciplinary teams. Your role includes business case development, facilitating communication, assisting with UX redesigns, and contributing to technical documentation. This is a hands-on position where your ideas shape real-world solutions.
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–6 years in web UX, e-commerce, or similar environments
Strong systems/business analysis experience
Ability to query data sources
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and database technologies
Understanding of Web Accessibility and UX principles
 
Qualification:
Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with consumer-facing organisations
