Job Summary
Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and offering strategic advice on talent acquisition. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking, and proactively headhunt for hard-to-fill roles. The consultant screens candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a good match for the client’s requirements. They present shortlisted candidates, facilitate salary negotiations, and manage the offer process.

- Must have recruitment experience – IT recruitment experience will be beneficial
