Ondersteun Microsoft 365, netwerke, drukkers en infrastruktuur
Verskaf afstand- en terreinondersteuning
Identifiseer herhalende probleme en stel verbeterings voor

Span Koördinering

Ondervinding in die toesighouding of mentorskap van tegnici
Verseker produktiwiteit en prosesnakoming
Mentor tegnici in probleemoplossing
