About the Role
Anchora, a next-generation security company, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Brand Development Specialist to develop and execute a long-term marketing and brand-building strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s budget, leading SEO and AEO initiatives, building and managing brand presence across digital platforms, creating and managing marketing content, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term marketing and brand-building strategy
- Budget Maintenance
- Own and lead SEO and AEO initiatives, including:
- Keyword strategy
- Industry-related search visibility
- AI-driven and search-engine-driven content positioning
- Build and manage brand presence across all relevant digital platforms, including:
- Website content
- Landing pages
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- YouTube
- Additional platforms as relevant
- Create, manage, and oversee marketing content (written, visual, and video)
- Ensure all marketing efforts support brand recognition, credibility, and authority (not transactional customer buying)
- Generate leads
- Collaborate directly with the client to propose ideas, timelines, and improvements
- Maintain a dynamic scope, adapting responsibilities as the business grows
Requirements
- 35 years of proven marketing experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven SEO expertise with measurable performance results
- Strong knowledge of AEO and AI-driven search optimization
- Experience across digital marketing channels (content, brand, social, landing pages)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST
- Independent, proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong analytical, strategic, and data-driven thinking
- Curious, fast learner with the ability to adapt to industry changes
- Creative, results-focused mindset with sound judgment and initiative
