Job Description
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple real estate complexes and townhouses, ensuring all property management standards are met.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with property and portfolio management, including reporting, record-keeping, and coordination with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and acting as the face of the company when dealing with estate owners, residents, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across the managed portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in property management or a related field, preferably within the same industry.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Alberton, Johannesburg.
Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in property management or real estate portfolio management will be highly preferred.
