Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centralised procurement of marketing materials, office supplies, and head office requirements
- Act as the primary procurement liaison for Heads of Department, understanding needs and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions
- Source and evaluate multiple supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value
- Lead supplier negotiations, securing optimal pricing, terms, and service levels
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage ongoing supplier performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new vendors, and cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance, renewals, and adherence to company policies
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare detailed management reports on spend, savings, and performance
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (CIPS or equivalent advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial procurement role
- Proven experience in industries such as FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Experience procuring marketing materials and office-related spend (highly advantageous)

- Strong analytical ability with experience in cost analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
- Confident working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
