• Greet and consult with customers regarding vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and manage service bookings.
• Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor service progress and update customers proactively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and positive service experiences.
• Maintain service records, reports, and administration accurately.
• Mentor and support junior service advisors where applicable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a service advisor in a dealership or automotive workshop.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and workshop operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
