• Kiosks: 04h00 – 21h00
  Days: 7 days per week (rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays included)

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the retail shop/kiosk. The Shop Assistant will assist customers, maintain store displays, manage stock, and support smooth retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Assist with sales transactions, cash handling, and card payments.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and shelves are well stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/kiosk at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or manager.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience (airport retail experience will be a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shift hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Own reliable transport would be an advantage (due to shift times).
