TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
– Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and implementation lifecycles.
– Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent).
– Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery tasks and technical specifications.
– Familiarity with data-driven or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
– Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
– Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
– Experience: 5+ years in solution implementation, project delivery, or client onboarding within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
– Education: Degree or diploma in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Certification: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile) advantageous.
– Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope.
