Gauteng: Store Assistant posted by West Coast Personnel

• Answer calls and handle customer enquiries.
• Receive, check and organize stock from local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare delivery notes (DNs), goods received notes (GRNs), invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist technicians and customers with spare part requests.
• Maintain stock accuracy, perform cycle counts and support annual stock takes.
• Keep stores, reception and offices clean and organized.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) is an advantage.
