Job Description
- Support and empower installers to adopt and promote the product range.
- Conduct site visits for installations, troubleshooting, and advanced technical guidance.
- Deliver training sessions and drive installer enablement.
- Log all interactions, activities, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is advantageous.
- At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation or electronic security).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-driven with effective territory management skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential – petrol will be compensated.
