Minimum

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement)
• Qualifications: Radiography/Sonography qualification is essential
• Experience: Previous sales experience in Ultrasound is required 
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Ultrasound product range and services offered by the company.
• Achieve sales targets by maintaining and growing existing business while expanding sales in the assigned territory.
• Schedule and attend appointments with both existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clinical personnel and provide on-going training and support.
• Manage installations and user training for units sold.
• Complete and submit a weekly planner and activity report to the direct manager, including full CRM system reporting.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers through networking.
• Manage and maintain demo stock correctly and efficiently.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and internal orders for stock requirements.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Ultrasound products and services.
• Analyze the market and provide business insights and feedback using available support tools.
• Handle general administration tasks associated with the position.
• Coordinate with the technical manager to ensure efficient customer service and prompt resolution of issues.
• Provide support in other provinces for demonstrations and applications as needed.
