• Matric
• 3 – 5 years in a water purification position
• Knowledge of pumps and related equipment
• Good diagnostic abilities to effectively troubleshoot problems
• Familiarity with various water treatment technologies is advantageous; training will be provided for specific systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and healthy for installation tasks
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  Team player with a collaborative approach 

DUTIES

• Reporting to the Lead Technician and Sales Manager
• Install and maintain water purification systems for residential and commercial clients
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and system checks to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for water quality improvement
• Educate clients on system use, maintenance, and best practices for water purity
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations during installations and service calls
