About the Role
Our client is a well-established automotive service and repair centre based in Boksburg, specialising in professional vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs. The business operates in a fast-paced workshop environment and is committed to quality workmanship, technical accuracy, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Full administration of workshop operations
- Act as a Service Advisor and primary customer contact
- Manage service bookings and repair check-ins
- Ongoing customer liaison and follow-up throughout the repair process
- Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Assess customer concerns and assist technicians with accurate diagnostics
- Manage timelines, quotations, approvals, and communication
- Ensure compliance with franchise terms and conditions
- Support customers through the full service and repair lifecycle
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3.6 years relevant experience
- Previous experience in workshop management or service advising
- Proven track record of managing a profitable workshop
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary & Benefits
R18 000 – R25 000 per annum (negotiable, based on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
