About the Role
Managed People Solutions is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team, servicing liquor stores across Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Ensure the correct stock is available in-store
- Check product quality, rotation, and pricing
- Set up products according to company standards
- Report customer issues and requests
- Maintain accurate merchandising records
- Monitor and report out-of-stock items to management
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Execute store calls according to the call cycle
- Advise the RSM on out-of-stock products
Requirements
- FMCG merchandising experience
- Comfortable working both in-store and on the road
Qualifications
- TVET N6 or NCV Level 4
