About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Admin/Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage schedules and routes, and support general office administration tasks.

- Plan and upload operator schedules and routes on the system
- Answer and manage telephone calls professionally (phone etiquette required)
- Assist with general office administration tasks
