Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Compliance within an Estate Environment Degree or Diploma in Building | Construction Management | Architectural Technology or related field is essential Proficient in MS Office | Project Management Software | Compliance Tracking Software Strong knowledge of OHS Act | Municipal By-laws | Building Regulations and Estate Architectural Guidelines Experience liaising with Home Owners | Local Authorities | Municipal Services Must be able to read and interpret building plans Strong Attention to Detail | Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills | Independent & Proactive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Own Transport required Contactable references and payslips required on request Salary Structure: Annual CTC of R 540 000, based on experience Includes Provident Fund 18 Leave Days (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
