Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, monitoring, and documentation of seed production crops.
• Conduct regular field inspections and collect data on crop growth, performance, and quality.
• Support the production team with crop reporting, data capturing, and document management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for production and quality control.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Seed Production Advisor and broader team.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture or a related qualification (advantageous).
• Knowledge and understanding of seed production or crop management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
