Job Summary
Requirements:
- Trade tested and qualified in HVAC and Refrigeration.
- Experienced in daily Service related Refrigeration issues and Project builds.
- 15- 20 years industry experience you know refrigeration inside out.
- 5-10 years in a similar position managing Refrigeration Technicians.
- People management, Team building, Project and Service delivery is a priority with appropriate references
- Build and manage our Refrigeration technicians
- Build teams & Area controllers[2] & Spares
- Manage leave.
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule daily work allocation of both technicians and build teams
-
- Maintenance SLAs
- Daily call outs
- Project Resource allocation & scheduling
- Workshop repairs
- Follow ons
- Spares on time & right
2. Weekly routine
-
- Standby schedule [daily/weekends/holidays]
- Tool & vehicle inspection
- Van stock
3. Six Monthly
-
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews on technicians
- Determine development areas for skills improvement
