• Supervise and manage bar and cleaning staff on a daily basis
• Coordinate staff schedules, shifts, and attendance
• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality are maintained
• Arrange and provide transport for clubhouse, bar, and cleaning staff as required
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Address staff issues, performance, and discipline where necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (hospitality, cleaning, or facilities management advantageous)
• Reliable own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Availability to work early mornings and late evenings
• Secure parking available at home address for company-related transport responsibilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle staff management in a fast-paced environment
