Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Breakfast Chef Restaurant Germiston, Gauteng Requirements: Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or restaurant Culinary qualification preferred Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Creative flair and attention to detail Responsibilities: Prepare and present a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes, including hot and cold options, baked goods, and la carte items Ensure all meals are served on time and in accordance with guest preferences and dietary requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen station throughout service Work closely with the Executive Chef to design appealing, seasonal breakfast menus Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering for breakfast supplies Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere through food that enhances the lodges overall guest experience Package on offer: R6 000 pm depending on experience Start Date: ASAP
