Job Summary
Duties:
- Managing Import/Export documents
- Making copies of import documents for accounts
- Recording and following import / export procedures
- Capturing Bond entries
- Request, Approval, Movement of unit in the system
- Refurbishing orders & GR processing for vehicles
- Creating Sales Orders
- Invoicing & Credit of Vehicles
- Shipment End on Invoiced vehicles
- Following and updating movement of vehicles at different locations
- Vehicle Stock maintenance and Stock take on regular intervals
- Import/Export records
- Allocating specific file number to every shipment
- Documenting and filing Bill of Lading, invoices and shipping
- Making copies of Shipping documents for accounts department
- Capturing Bond/Duty entries
- Order/Invoice management
- Creating orders for vehicles
- Refurbishing Management
- Vehicle Invoicing
- Vehicle Stock
- Stock takes on regular basis at different locations
- Tracking and following vehicles
- Updating locations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in same or similar role in automotive logistics environment as logistics coordinator
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Have high professional and personal standards and a keen eye that attends to details
- Team player with the ability to work independently without supervision
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!
