About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an External Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cultivating strong client relationships, and consistently achieving established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers within a designated territory.
- Drive sales growth by effectively managing existing customer accounts and proactively acquiring new clients.
- Proactively identify and analyze emerging trends within customer operations and the broader marketplace.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product portfolio, establishing oneself as a subject matter expert in the field.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required administrative tasks, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales budgets.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless sales support.
- Guarantee exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring, positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Advantageous)
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Essential computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
