Hire Resolves client is a seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is seeking professional growth in a dynamic sales environment. The responsible and proactive Sales Professional will strategically plan and execute comprehensive sales activities.
This pivotal role encompasses driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cultivating strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, conducting client visits, and consistently achieving established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers within a designated territory.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by effectively managing existing customer accounts and proactively acquiring new clients.
- Market Awareness: Proactively identify and analyze emerging trends within customer operations and the broader marketplace.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product portfolio, establishing oneself as a subject matter expert in the field.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required administrative tasks, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales budgets.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless sales support.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring, positive customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Advantageous)
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Essential computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales.
