Graaff-Reinet: Duty Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Graaff-Reinet Lodge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be extremely comfortable hosting guests, and oversee a small team. This is a live-in position that requires a warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property booking systems and MS Office

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years lodge or hospitality experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
• Computer literacy: MS Office, email, and property booking systems
• Professional appearance and self-motivated
• Comfortable overseeing the team
