About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lodge Manager to join our team in Grahamstown. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. With a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service, you are the ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodge departments to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Foster positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Oversee daily activities, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a lodge or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Strong financial understanding, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
