• Supervise and coordinate all operational departments on a daily basis
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly
• Lead by example and provide hands-on support across departments when needed
• Work closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure smooth lodge operations
• Assist with staff training, motivation, and performance management
• Oversee lodge logistics, guest check-ins/outs, and ensure a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of lodge management experience in a luxury 5-star property
• Strong background in hospitality operations with a focus on guest service excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Well-presented, professional, and attentive to detail
• Passionate about the bush and committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Preferably a hospitality diploma or relevant qualification
