Key Responsibilities

• Support the full payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records, ensuring compliance with SARS regulations and labour legislation.
• Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Conduct data analysis, variance checks, and audit preparations.
• Work closely with the Payroll Manager and HR team to ensure alignment between payroll and other employee data systems.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a payroll or senior bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Sage/VIP Payroll or similar systems
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of tax, UIF, SDL, and BCEA compliance
