About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join our luxury Big 5 reserve in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. As a passionate therapist who thrives in a high-end, hands-on environment, you will be dedicated to delivering relaxing; rejuvenating, and personalised spa experiences for lodge guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies to lodge guests
- Maintain the spa area, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
- Provide personalised recommendations for treatments, wellness programs, and product use
- Promote a luxurious and calming atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience
- Liaise with lodge management to ensure smooth spa operations and seamless guest services
- Maintain accurate client records and stock management for spa products
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven spa therapy experience in a luxury or 5* lodge/hotel environment
- Qualified Spa Therapist or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, techniques, and wellness therapies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-focused approach
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
